How we handle your information
Plain and short. This site collects the minimum needed to reply to you and arrange dialysis, and nothing clinical is collected here.
What the enquiry form collects
Your name, country, travel dates, preferred contact, current dialysis unit and city, and any optional notes. We use these only to reply to your enquiry and confirm your dialysis schedule.
What we do not collect here
Please do not send medical documents or records through the form. After your enquiry we tell you a secure route to send them. The website collects intent, not records.
When you tap a WhatsApp button, WhatsApp opens with a pre-filled message you can edit before sending. We use WhatsApp to answer questions and schedule sessions. Please do not send clinical details in your first message; we ask for what we need over a secure route. WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy apply to messages you send there.
Website analytics
We use privacy-respecting analytics (Google Analytics 4 and PostHog) to understand which pages are useful and how visitors reach us, for example how many people tap WhatsApp on the Holiday Dialysis page. We do not use this to identify you and we do not sell your data.
Cookie setting: to confirm at launch. If analytics run in cookieless mode, no consent banner is needed; if full analytics are enabled, a short consent banner will appear for visitors in the UK and EU.
